RockJock's narrow forged Johnny Joints for fabricators and suspension system builders offer 40 degrees of unrestricted movement in any direction as compared to 22 degrees on a common heim joint! Johnny Joint rod ends offer cushioning that a heim joint cannot provide via high-density urethane bushing that encases the inner ball. The heat treated center balls are cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication and the joint internals are retained with 2 heavy duty, heat treated side washers and a snap ring. This specific joint is a 2 in. diameter, fitted with a zerk fitting for greasing, 2 1/4 in. of 3/4 in.-16 left hand threads on the shank, and a 1.750 in. mounting width ball with a .500 in. thru bolt hole. Finished in gold zinc plating.

I purchased the Jeep WJ control arms Camp series over a year ago. Very pleased and impressed. Easy installation and solid build. Bracket broke for rear upper control arm, they redesigned it to be more robust and sent me a new one with hardware, honoring their guarantee!

I ordered the jeep xj long arm lift kit. Control arms showed up first they turned out amazing!! Had some issues with the powder coating on the cross member and sent korby and the team at core4x4 an email. They got right on making me another cross member and sending it out. I appreciate all the help they've given me along the way. Very fast response thru emails. Build quality seems to be pretty dang nice!! Can't wait to install it and enjoy it!

We have all shopped places where the person on the phone makes you feel like they don't have the time to talk to you the customer or answer your questions. I can tell you first hand that's not Core 4x4. They have the best customer service I have seen so far. They have taken the time to respond to all of my questions in a very prompt and professional manner, taking the time to answer each and every question I have had. I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. CORE 4X4 Company produces/manufactures exceptional products. My rear upper and lower control arms and rear track bar were powder coated custom Fox “Shock Orange” for my 2024 Bronco Wildtrak. OEM looks minimal compared to the CORE 4X4 control arms. Plus they’re adjustable, serviceable and rebuildable. Shipment was very fast and packaging used custom foam wrapped around the arms and heavy duty boxes. Not even UPS could damage. Korby L. was great to work with and responded quickly with emails and product information. Great products. Great people from the State of Utah. All Made in the USA. 5 Stars!!!
