I purchased a set of the Cruiser Series control arms for my Jeep Jk based on postive reviews from different Jeep Facebook pages. First of I just want to say Great customer service korby Has helped me from the start and has not let me down! Reached out to him again today and he was able to warranty some parts out for me. As far as the quality of the parts.. excellent! The build quality is great. I can definitely tell a Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar. Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop! Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.

Small business, family owned, made in the USA, lifetime warranty. Purchased Tier 3 control arms and rear track bar for a 2006 Jeep LJ. Simple website and easy to contact over phone and email. I had some technical questions and they were happy to answer them. They allow local pickup and were built to order same week. The order was wrapped and ready when I walked in and even gave a tour of the shop. They abrasive blast all raw materials to achieve a better surface profile for powdercoat to adhere and create a smooth, durable finish. I also noticed several CNC machines and a robotic welder they use for all their parts. A small outfit with a robotic welder? Their concern for quality is obvious and it shows in the parts they make. Very impressed. Happy to do business with these guys.

I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend! I purchased the Jeep WJ control arms Camp series over a year ago. Very pleased and impressed. Easy installation and solid build. Bracket broke for rear upper control arm, they redesigned it to be more robust and sent me a new one with hardware, honoring their guarantee!
