Core 4x4's Crawl Series rear adjustable track bar replaces the worn factory track bar on the Chevy Avalanche 1500 (2002–2006). The factory bar uses soft rubber bushings and a fixed length, so there's no way to recenter the rear axle after a lift or leveling kit. This Core 4x4 track bar is a serious step up: DOM steel tubing and forged Rock Jock Johnny Joints at both ends for maximum articulation, with adjustable length to set the rear axle back to center.
Includes: Rear adjustable track bar; mounting hardware (bolts, nuts, and washers).

- Hardware is included with your track bar. If you ever need replacements down the road, the matching kit is available separately.
- Running a lift? The 5-piece rear kit (CRL-G-800-AVA-RK5) adds the four rear control arms to re-align the rear axle in every direction.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps.
I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well.
This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements.
Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.

Great company. Highly satisfied with Core 4x4 customer service. Had some bushings fall apart around 600 miles from home. Called and spoke with Korby Linscomb on Thursday, late in the afternoon. He was able to get my bushings sent across country overnight at a very reasonable rate. Had me up and running by Friday evening with enough time to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Very beefy items for a very reasonable price. Personally have CORE rear track bar and all upper control arms for my 04 Jeep TJ. Had a slight issue with control arm length and they went above and beyond to swap jam nuts to get me where I needed to be. Really have to appreciate a company like this.
