Core 4x4's Crawl Series 4-piece rear control arm set replaces all four worn factory stamped-steel arms on the GMC Yukon Denali (2001–2006). The factory arms use soft rubber bushings and a fixed length, so there's no way to re-align the rear axle or correct pinion angle after a lift or leveling kit. These Core 4x4 arms are a serious step up: DOM steel tubing and Rock Jock Johnny Joints at both ends of every arm for maximum articulation, with adjustable length to set rear axle alignment and pinion angle back to spec.
Includes: Rear upper control arms (pair) and rear lower control arms (pair); mounting hardware (bolts, nuts, and washers).

Suspension Type — Factory Autoride (Z55): Chances are, your truck came with rear Autoride (Z55) from the factory — GM's air-leveling system. This part is built to match: the ride-height sensor mounting tab is included on both rear upper arms, so your factory sensors bolt right back on. Converted to coil springs — or never had air ride at all? No problem — everything fits and works exactly the same; the sensor tabs just go unused.
Notes:
- Hardware is included with your arms. If you ever need replacements down the road, the matching kit is available separately.
- Running a lift? The 5-piece rear kit (CRL-G-800-DEN-RK5-Z55) adds the adjustable track bar to recenter the axle side-to-side.

Not sure where to start, Products or Service or Warranty.
Products: I found Core4x4 through a very respected YouTuber in the Jeeping community. I purchased an entire set of Core4x4 Control Arms three years ago and have beat the daylights out of them and they are still in great condition. Now, I purchased another Jeep, this time for my daughter and bought yet another set of Control Arms because I know that these things can take a beating and stand up to it. I plan on replacing more parts on this TJ and my JL and will continue to buy from Core4x4.
Service: This isn't some huge name conglomerate that treats you like you're just another customer. They are quick with responses and will always make things right should something be a problem. Oh and the quickness in which they ship their products is unmatched. I bought these CAs for my TJ on Thursday, I received them on Monday. Most other manufacturers will tell you weeks, they had them to me in 2 shipping days.
Warranty: Seriously, a lifetime warranty? Yes please. Nothing more to say.
I can't say enough about how great of a company this is. I've even spoken to the owner through email a few years back on some questions that I had. Support small American built businesses.

First off: Korby, the gentleman that helped me decide on which kit to go with is EASILY the nicest, and most patient person I’ve dealt with, when ordering parts for this build. Second: the quality of the product is INSANE! These parts are so nicely fabricated, then powder coated for extra longevity, and they even offer an aluminum upgrade in some cases (which I went with, to save weight). Having said all of this, the most impressive thing was the lead time. These parts are build to order, and I literally ordered my suspension one week ago, today! Yes, they built, powder coated, packaged, shipped my suspension components (RAM 1500 Track rear trailing arm full set in 7075 aluminum, and front upper control arms), AND they arrived, all within a week! Granted, that I’m only one state away, but WOW!!! One week?! Amazing! So, in sort: excellent products, which arrived excellently packaged (no damage, an boxes not over-stuffed with heavy suspension parts; three boxes total, as opposed to one super heavy one…my back thanks you), super quickly, and customer service that ANY business would be envious of….so, if you’re in the market, absolutely go with Core 4X4!

To start off if you're looking to upgrade your control arms definitely hit this company up. Great product, easy install of the product, with three different tiers everything is priced pretty good, I'm a sticker guy and they sent a sticker for each arm each track bar and also three extra ones so the extra are on the Jeep the advertise them for sure. I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. I don’t write reviews often, but Core 4x4 absolutely earned this one.
I recently ordered leaf spring mounts and realized after the fact that I messed up my order. Totally my mistake. Instead of giving me the runaround or pointing at a return policy, Core 4x4 emailed me back and forth, worked through exactly what I was doing with my build, and made sure I ended up with the correct parts.
That kind of customer service is rare these days — especially in the off-road world where a lot of companies stop caring once the order is placed.
The parts themselves are exactly what you hope for: solid, well-made, confidence-inspiring hardware that looks like it belongs under a vehicle that actually gets used. You can tell these are designed by people who understand suspension geometry and real-world abuse, not just CAD screenshots.
Mistakes happen — especially on custom or modified builds — and Core 4x4 handled mine like pros. Fast responses, clear communication, and a genuine effort to help me get it right.
If you’re on the fence: don’t be. Core 4x4 is the kind of company you want backing your build — the kind that treats customers like fellow enthusiasts, not order numbers.

I have a 2016 RAM 1500 Crew Cab and I replaced the rear upper and lower control arms also the pan hard track bar and also the sway bar and links for the rear with all I had the articulating bushings. The vehicle now has no body role. They are absolutely incredible if you get the control arms you gotta get the CORE 4 x 4sway bar end links don’t don’t try and be cheap and get Moog or something else you got to get articulating bushings get the core 4 x 4 ones they are the best. My truck drives now through the canyons like a BMW. I have Fox high-performance shocks on there as well with all the CORE 4 x 4 suspension parts and they are amazing. Well worth the money I would highly recommend anybody thinking about CORE 4 x 4 go with CORE 4X4 and if you can go with their articulating bushings, they’re unbelievable drives better now than my Escalades. Well planted no body role and smooth on the Highway unbelievable the difference they all made!!
