HOUSING
- SAE 1045 Solid Steel Forged Housing: This is unequivocally the best carbon alloy steel for this application.
- CNC Machined Housing: Make our parts and bearings dimensionally perfect, eliminating any die wear issues.
BALL STUDS
- SAE 4140 hot forged Chromoly Ball Studs: For strongest possible metallurgy.
- Induction Heat Treated Ball Studs: Provides a very precise heat treatment to the exact depth and location we want it.
- Rolled Threads:Are made by pressing the shape of the threads into the ball stud instead of cutting. This strengthens the threads instead of weakening them and allows for easy movement of hardware. This ain't no Ikea furniture!
- Step Threads: Allows for very easy movement of hardware on install and superior holding when torqued. (Installer Choice).
BOOTS
- CR Rubber Boots: The most durable material for undercar applications. Resistant to deterioration from road level ozone, oil/gas/engine fluids and extreme heat or cold
- Accordion Boot: ideal for high-articulation components, more flexibility means longer life.

LUBRICATION
- Pre-threaded Zerk Housing: If you have ever installed a MOOG Ball Joint without a pre-threaded zerk fitting you will understand what a simple but great feature this is. Another installer fav.
- Greaseable: Because it should be.
- Pre-Greased: Just in case you forget, we have you covered.
- Gull Winged Grease Grooves: Allows for improved lubrication disbursement around the ball stud.
- Zerk Fittings: Included for every application.
SPECIAL FEATURES
- Minimum Engagement Mark on Drag Link End Threads: If this mark in the thread of the drag link is showing it means you are beyond the safe engagement of threads into the adjusting sleeve. You may be lifted too high and need to switch to a flip kit or you may need to equal out the adjusting sleeve between the two ends.

Top notch company. Mechanic lost bolts that clamp upper control arms. Korby sent out spare bolts no charge. Best customer service I’ve come across in a long time. Only suspension brand I’ll ever use.

Great experience with Core 4x4! I purchased some suspension parts for my dad's 98 Jeep TJ. The products they make are super durable and look even better in person. I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!!

Also, these control arms are stout and take a beating. I run heck out my Jeep in the rocks and desert. No problems whatsoever.

I have a 2016 RAM 1500 Crew Cab and I replaced the rear upper and lower control arms also the pan hard track bar and also the sway bar and links for the rear with all I had the articulating bushings. The vehicle now has no body role. They are absolutely incredible if you get the control arms you gotta get the CORE 4 x 4sway bar end links don’t don’t try and be cheap and get Moog or something else you got to get articulating bushings get the core 4 x 4 ones they are the best. My truck drives now through the canyons like a BMW. I have Fox high-performance shocks on there as well with all the CORE 4 x 4 suspension parts and they are amazing. Well worth the money I would highly recommend anybody thinking about CORE 4 x 4 go with CORE 4X4 and if you can go with their articulating bushings, they’re unbelievable drives better now than my Escalades. Well planted no body role and smooth on the Highway unbelievable the difference they all made!!

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! Installed rear and upper control arms and track bar on my 3rd Gen 4RUNNER to align rear axle and restore factory wheel base after 3.5" lift. Car drives better than New!
