Great company. Highly satisfied with Core 4x4 customer service. Had some bushings fall apart around 600 miles from home. Called and spoke with Korby Linscomb on Thursday, late in the afternoon. He was able to get my bushings sent across country overnight at a very reasonable rate. Had me up and running by Friday evening with enough time to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. 2001 Wrangler TJ- i have purchased all front/rear upper/lower control arms. Front track bar and rear track bar. Quality is excellent and extremely durable you can tell its built to last. Bent a bolt on the front track bar and called and spoke with Spence. He immediately sent me out new hardware plus some! Product is amazing but what really separates companies apart is their service and these guys are second to none. Thank you all!

I contacted these guys on a Saturday through email and needed some control arms by the following weekend, Spence got back with me and told me he would make sure the order got shipped out on Monday, they got busy and wasn’t able to ship the package out so he got back with me that evening and upgraded my shipping for free and shipped out the next day, only because he told me he’d make sure I’d have them by the weekend! This company sticks to their word! The customer service from these guys are unmatched and they will have another lifetime customer here!

Purchased a set of Trailing arms for my Ram 1500, quality is first class. I bought the ones with the Jonny Joints for more articulation and it appears from the construction I should get a lifetime of use, Zerk fittings are an added plus. Would defiantly recommend, and the the service team answered all of my questions.

Their website estimated 2 days to get my parts but actually took 11. No communication to let me know what’s going on. Parts were missing. Some days they answer questions, some they don’t. Didn’t let me know I’d have to alter stock bolts to fit their parts.
All around just seems like they don’t care.
