I meant to put this reviewing about a year ago now, but ever since I’ve had the core 4 x 4, upper and lower control arms on my 2017 ram 1500, they have worked flawlessly leave been on many offering chips, and I’ll definitely be buying new accessories from them in the future and their new upper control arms that they’re offering for all of the ram trucks. Fantastic customer service fantastic health very automotive, off-road, friendly, and any aftermarket thing for your truck or SUV that they currently have!

We have all shopped places where the person on the phone makes you feel like they don't have the time to talk to you the customer or answer your questions. I can tell you first hand that's not Core 4x4. They have the best customer service I have seen so far. They have taken the time to respond to all of my questions in a very prompt and professional manner, taking the time to answer each and every question I have had. Lets put it this way if Core 4x4 sells a product I am wanting for my truck I will buy it from them, I highly recommend Core 4x4.

I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps. I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well. This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements. Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

I recently ordered a set of control arms from Core 4x4, and the entire experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The ordering process was smooth, the parts arrived quickly, and the control arms themselves are extremely high quality—solid construction, great finish, and clearly built to last. I also want to give a special shout-out to Korby, the guy I spoke with during the process. His customer service was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience stress-free. You don’t see service like that very often these days. Great customer service. I got my front upper and lower control arms and hardware on Friday afternoon. It didn’t come with instructions so I called Core 4X4 and they immediately e mailed me the instructions. Also, the kit I got had the spacers missing so I called. It was late Friday by thus time but they took care of the issue first thing Monday morning and I got the spacers on Tuesday. Great company.

Ran into an issue with a part that I ordered. Got ahold of them explained to them the issue I was having and they jumped in and got the issue fixed. Hands down the best customer service I have ever dealt with. The parts are hands down amazing. Highly recommend.

Amazing service. Bought a track bar through Americantrucks.com and they sent it with the wrong size bushing sleeve. Korby at Core 4x4 was quick to get me the correct size and very responsive. Will definitely be using more of their stuff.
