Tie rod bar is 1 5/8 in. solid billet aluminum stock with CNC machined RockNut ends and RJ logos engraved into it's body. Rod ends are the massive 1 1/4 in. RH / LH thread forged steel rod ends with removable rod end cartridge that are a direct bolt-in to your stock vehicle, or may be flipped and used in reversed orientation. Our RockNut locking nut technology replaces jam nuts with a locking collet style arrangement that cannot pop loose like a traditional jam nut. Aluminum tie rod bar is finished in clear anodize, RockNuts are black zinc plating and rod ends are powder coated semi-gloss black so the unit is ready for install right out of the box! We offer a heavy duty U-bolt style steering stabilizer shock mounting bracket to allow you to easily reinstall your stabilizer shock or we also offer billet aluminum or forged chromoly Ram Assist steering brackets for this tie rod.

Their website estimated 2 days to get my parts but actually took 11. No communication to let me know what’s going on. Parts were missing. Some days they answer questions, some they don’t. Didn’t let me know I’d have to alter stock bolts to fit their parts.
All around just seems like they don’t care.

I have bought a bunch of sets of arms, track bars and even had custom work done by Core 4x4. Just yesterday, Spence and Cam delivered an awesome cross member they designed and built for me! All of their products have been exceptional! I have personally seen their progression with design changes/updates. They truly take pride in their work and products. Quality control is second to none! I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps.
I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well.
This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements.
Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

Installed rear and upper control arms and track bar on my 3rd Gen 4RUNNER to align rear axle and restore factory wheel base after 3.5" lift. Car drives better than New! Have yet to get to try them but I bought some upper, and then later , lower control arms for my 03 rubicon. The pricing is very fair, so fair I was hesitant to even purchase. When the product came in I was happily mistaken. These are some beefy units with an incredible warranty! I’m very excited! I went with the “Camp”series as I mostly daily it.
I have trouble with the shipping at times when I ordered but Corby is quick to notice things and help communicate the solution. Looking forward to buying more parts!
