RockJock's Sport Edition Johnny Joint Suspension System for LJ Unlimiteds provides 4 inches of lift and allows for efficient clearance of up to 35 in. tall tires (when used with body and motor mount lift, larger tires will require aftermarket fenders). Included in this kit are front upper and rear upper Johnny Joint double adjustable control arms, set of 4 progressively wound coil springs, front and rear bump stop kits, Johnny Joint adjustable front trac bar, rear trac bar geometry relocation bracket and front sway bar disconnects. Ordered a control arm and track bar kit for my WJ from Core 4x4 on Monday 7/28 and received it today, Friday 8/1. Im not a state or two away, im in CT aka the other side of the country. Communication is phenominal, emails were responded too in an hour or less. Parts arrived well packed, not damaged, and are great quality for my needs. There arent many companies left that service customers as well as Core 4x4 and i wont hesitate to check them out again if i need something else. Well done!

Difference from the cheap oem rear control arms to these and the pan hard bar.
Color, From what I can tell it’s super durable been through a few mud holes on top of the daily road grime and after a quick wipe they still pop!
Overall I recommend. Customer service is everything for me and it’s definitely there at Core 4x4.

Have yet to get to try them but I bought some upper, and then later , lower control arms for my 03 rubicon. The pricing is very fair, so fair I was hesitant to even purchase. When the product came in I was happily mistaken. These are some beefy units with an incredible warranty! I’m very excited! I went with the “Camp”series as I mostly daily it.
I have trouble with the shipping at times when I ordered but Corby is quick to notice things and help communicate the solution. Looking forward to buying more parts!

I've been having trouble with the track bar (on my 2nd gen Dodge) since I installed the 3rd gen Synergy adapter bracket and a 3rd gen stock bar.. oddly, they call it a '3rd gen bracket' and the stock 3rd gen bar doesn't quite fit, making contact with the bracket. I had attempted to clearance the bracket but it was still making contact and I could feel it over large bumps.
I reached out to a lot of companies, but Core 4x4 offered to make a custom bar for the application with adjustability and dual Johnny joints. The first pass on it didn't work but they sent me out another passenger side end that made it fit incredibly well.
This was all done solely over email/descriptions/pictures/measurements.
Bar is super high quality and heavy duty, made in the US by a family owned company and carries a lifetime warranty. The customer service was responsive and superb, and the price was a lot less than I expected.

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.
