Master Rebuild kit for TRL-D-35-2000-FL2

Have full upper/lower CA set on both front and rear axles on a 96 ZJ. These are the rubber bushing sets not joint sets. I have beat the hell out it in the Nevada desert for 2 years and has been great. I don’t go fast but I do articulate suspension a lot. Super solid and haven’t any issues. Just inspected the entire set recently due to some banging under it. Turns out the banging is lower rear shock bushings. Inspected each CA along the way nothing. Aside from dirt and obviously winter roads and what not still in excellent condition, bushings are solid like the day they were installed. I’ll add that I’m about tapped on a short arm at 4.25(less with settle) so the front CA’s get beat on just from that, still they’re like new. Paint is great condition, this set is red. I would definitely buy again. Another plus for me, Utah isn’t local necessarily, but it’s nice to support businesses closer to me.

Small business, family owned, made in the USA, lifetime warranty. Purchased Tier 3 control arms and rear track bar for a 2006 Jeep LJ. Simple website and easy to contact over phone and email. I had some technical questions and they were happy to answer them. They allow local pickup and were built to order same week. The order was wrapped and ready when I walked in and even gave a tour of the shop. They abrasive blast all raw materials to achieve a better surface profile for powdercoat to adhere and create a smooth, durable finish. I also noticed several CNC machines and a robotic welder they use for all their parts. A small outfit with a robotic welder? Their concern for quality is obvious and it shows in the parts they make. Very impressed. Happy to do business with these guys.

I am really please with this company. Great product, i had an issue with a couple of the jonnhy joint bushings, they explained what had caused it and how to fix it. Within hrs of receiving my inquiry, i had heard back with the required info I needed. A couple hrs later problem was fixed and ready for the trail again. I purchased upper and lower adjustable arms for my WJ and lowers were missing the spacers. I didn't know until 3 months later when I was installing them. With absolutely zero hassles they quickly sent me the missing spacers. Fantastic product and service! Huge thank you guys for the awesome service and parts!!! Got the CAMP version of adjustable control arms and track bars for our 03 TJ with a 3” lift and 33x10.5 KO 2’s. Super beefy bars, great fit and adjustability. Friendly advice and support from Korby at CORE 4X4. Good follow up as well. The ride quality is great as well as the handling. I think it all looks pretty good as well.

The parts are a massive improvement over factory. I accidentally ordered the wrong endlinks and they helped me figure out the correct size and sent me new ones. Definitely an awesome store
