Master Rebuild kit for TRL-D-15-1994-FL2

I met a couple of the Core 4x4 guys at the Salt Lake Offroad Expo and decided to try them out after noticing one of my control arm bushings was disintegrated. I called to discuss parts on Thursday and I was leaving for a trip on Saturday. These guys built my control arms and had them ready to be picked up Friday, 24 hours later. The parts seem to be great quality and they charged me nothing extra to have them painted. These guys were extremely helpful and without them my trip probably would have been cancelled. looking forward to testing out the arms on my next trip to Moab.

Good company, they offer well built parts and Great customer service. I had a couple of hang ups with my control arms that I purchased, they were very easy to work with and found the solution to make them work.

I have a 2016 RAM 1500 Crew Cab and I replaced the rear upper and lower control arms also the pan hard track bar and also the sway bar and links for the rear with all I had the articulating bushings. The vehicle now has no body role. They are absolutely incredible if you get the control arms you gotta get the CORE 4 x 4sway bar end links don’t don’t try and be cheap and get Moog or something else you got to get articulating bushings get the core 4 x 4 ones they are the best. My truck drives now through the canyons like a BMW. I have Fox high-performance shocks on there as well with all the CORE 4 x 4 suspension parts and they are amazing. Well worth the money I would highly recommend anybody thinking about CORE 4 x 4 go with CORE 4X4 and if you can go with their articulating bushings, they’re unbelievable drives better now than my Escalades. Well planted no body role and smooth on the Highway unbelievable the difference they all made!! THANKS AGAIN CORE 4x4!!!!

In September 2025, we visited CORE 4x4 in Orem, Utah. CORE 4x4 makes control arms and other similar parts that stiffen the suspension of an off-road 4x4 vehicles, so that the off-road vehicles can travel on more rugged terrain. CORE 4x4 used to share this building with another business, and since this other business has moved elsewhere, CORE 4x4 will continue to expand and grow their business. Good for CORE 4x4 to be a growing company and to expand into the vacant part of the building.

The quality and durability of the arms are the best. They are super heavy duty. And lifetime warranty is crazy

I ordered some custom control arms, but from the wrong product line and they were super cool about returning them and upgrading to a better "Crawl" series. Only charged the difference between the two products. They paid all the return shipping and sent the uprgaded arms super quick. It was only a couple days. Awesome!! First time buying from Korby @ Core 4x4 and it’s being nothing short of a great experience. I bought the non adjustable Trail kit for my 5th Gen Ram 1500 with a 2” lift. The welds look great, nice powder coat finish and quality bushing. Had some trouble fitting the grease nipples due to the powder coating but a thread tap would fix that. They fit easily and perform great. I felt the improvement straight away. No more wheel hop on hard acceleration which was my main reason for the purchase. I was missing some smaller bushings needed for the 5th Gen and Korby’s custom service was on point, with responsive emails and mailing out the missing parts straight away.
